Jacqui Diggs

Jacqui Diggs is a mother, wife, teacher, writer, and speaker. She holds a BS in Business Administration, a BA in English (Magna Cum Laude) & an MA in Leadership in Teaching (Honors) , and is an active member of Kappa Delta Pi Fraternity. She holds a Maryland teaching license in secondary English and Special Education and an ancillary reading certification in the State of Maryland. She was the Equity Lead for Thomas G. Pulled Arts Academy for 2021 - 2022. She is currently a middle school RELA & math co-teacher for 6th, 7th & 8th grade.

Her passion is teaching young minds, writing, and facilitating discussions on black life experiences and culture from the perspective of a black woman. She believes in inclusivity, culturally relevant teaching, and being non-judgemental. She is pursuing her passions and living life to the fullest. Her motto is the only thing stopping you is YOU!

Jacqui is a middle school English Teacher in Prince George’s County Schools, and writes & podcasts from Hughesville, Maryland and is available to travel for speaking engagements. Currently working on my first book in a historical fiction book series .
